What you will do
- Own and lead the planning and execution of tradeshows and events, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, and on-site leadership.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, paid media, social engagement) to drive visibility and lead generation.
- Design and implement ABM programs targeting key accounts with personalized content and campaigns.
- Craft strategic messaging and value propositions tailored to priority segments and accounts, ensuring brand governance.
- Lead email marketing programs, including strategy, segmentation, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Manage budgets independently, drive internal communications for product launches, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within technical or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and make strategic decisions.
- Expertise in multi-channel communications (digital, social, email, print) and ABM strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in campaign performance optimization.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI) and automation platforms (HubSpot or similar).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within Europe.
