What you will do
- Bring knowledge of football, leagues, players, fan behavior, and online communities into daily media and content decisions.
- Analyze KPIs, audiences, and performance data to uncover insights.
- Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Support reports and presentations that turn performance metrics into understandable, football-relevant narratives.
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and analysts to align football storytelling with media performance goals.
Requirements
- Bring deep knowledge of football culture.
- Translate numbers into meaning and show curiosity for statistics, trends, and optimization logic.
- Have hands-on performance marketing experience, applying best practices across planning, execution, and optimization.
- Take ownership from day one and represent hirify.global in client meetings.
- Communicate confidently and serve as a clear, reliable point of contact.
