Junior Marketing Coordinator (Germany & Austria): Supporting the commercial performance of online and offline marketing channels and helping grow awareness for the hirify.global brand in Germany with an accent on partnerships and affiliates. Focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth while building brand awareness and visibility through impactful brand and commercial partnerships.

What you will do

  • Support the development and localisation of the DE partnership strategy.
  • Research, identify and help prioritise commercial and brand partners based on hirify.global’s goals.
  • Assist in sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of tactical and commercial partnerships.
  • Support the management and growth of the DE affiliate programme.
  • Support the planning and execution of selected events, workshops and partnership activations in Germany.

Requirements

  • A good understanding of the German market and customer behaviour.
  • Fluent in German (C1+) and confident in English.
  • Based in Germany (ideally Berlin, Munich, Hamburg or nearby).

Nice to have

  • Having some initial experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, marketing or account management is a plus (please note that this is a junior entry level position).
  • Are keen to learn, develop and grow within a commercial marketing role.
  • Enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
