What you will do

• Independently develop high-quality presentations and decision documents.
• Proactively gather, structure, and align input from multiple stakeholders across different marketing areas.
• Support data analysis and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Work across key performance marketing channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Search Engine Optimisation, Creator, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Own and drive cross-functional projects by coordinating stakeholders, aligning shared objectives, and reporting on performance and outcomes.
• Use AI-driven tools to improve efficiency, insights generation, and presentation quality across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, project management, marketing, eCommerce, or a similar environment.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to quickly learn new skills.
• Communicative and friendly personality with an interest in collaborating across teams to drive projects forward.
• Structured working style with a strong sense for time and priority management.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, combined with excellent written and spoken English.
