What you will do
- Provide customer support via email and live messaging across various product verticals.
- Maintain productivity standards while ensuring attention to detail and customer advocacy.
- Respond within agreed service level times to standard tickets.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, operational teams, and Sales.
- Act as the voice and ear for users, advocating for their needs.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the AMER region.
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for customer journey enhancement.
- Experience in customer support with live chat and email channels.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and stakeholder collaboration.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience working ly or in fast-growing organizations.
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, or Pension systems.
