Salary: $15,600–$35,150 USD annually

What you will do

  • Provide customer support via email and live messaging across various product verticals.
  • Maintain productivity standards while ensuring attention to detail and customer advocacy.
  • Respond within agreed service level times to standard tickets.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, operational teams, and Sales.
  • Act as the voice and ear for users, advocating for their needs.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the AMER region.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for customer journey enhancement.
  • Experience in customer support with live chat and email channels.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

  • Experience working hirify.globally or in fast-growing organizations.
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, or Pension systems.
