What you will do

• Shape hiring strategies and work closely with teams across Tech, Commercial, Operations, and Leadership.
• Combine data with creativity to hire smarter and faster.
• Own processes and discover the impact recruiters have on a business operating at European scale.

Requirements

• Hold (or recently completed) a BSc or MSc in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field.
• Have 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition + you’re curious about working in a scale-up environment.
• Bring a business mindset and want to be more than a CV-screener.
• Fluent in English (Dutch, German or French is a plus!)
