What you will do

• Own the end-to-end hiring process, from first outreach to final offer.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to make strategic hiring decisions.
• Find and attract top talent through creative sourcing strategies.
• Launch new hiring initiatives like traineeships or spotlight campaigns.
• Create unforgettable and smooth candidate experiences.
• Utilize data to track performance and continuously improve hiring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Possess a hands-on, get-it-done mentality.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills to challenge and influence hiring decisions.
• Be comfortable with the unknown, where new roles and priorities often emerge.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch, German, or French.
