What you will do

• Own the full recruitment cycle, taking candidates from first contact through to onboarding.
• Find talent using creative and unconventional channels and a mix of tools and techniques.
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Communicate with impact, keeping candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders informed.
• Solve recruitment challenges head-on using creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate across teams with hiring managers, fellow recruiters, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of (technical) recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
• Creative sourcing skills and strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Command in written and spoken English and Dutch.
• Eligible to work in The Netherlands.
