What you will do

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on strategic talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to use market and talent intelligence to shape recruiting strategies.
• Confidence conducting in-depth interviews across a wide range of roles and seniority levels.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience leveraging social media and modern sourcing tools.
