What you will do

  • Lead recruitment strategy aligned with business goals and workforce needs.
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to guide role definition and talent strategy.
  • Craft and refine job postings to attract the right talent.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for competitive markets.
  • Mentor and support recruiting team members to elevate the function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with emphasis on strategic talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to use market and talent intelligence to shape strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
  • Experience leveraging social media and modern sourcing tools.
