What you will do

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with emphasis on strategic talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to use market and talent intelligence to shape strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
- Experience leveraging social media and modern sourcing tools.
