What you will do

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on strategic talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to use market and talent intelligence to shape recruiting strategies.
- Confidence conducting in-depth interviews across a wide range of roles and seniority levels.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience leveraging social media and modern sourcing tools.
