Salary: $62,400–$140,400 USD (On-Target Earnings, base salary 70%).

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments to understand and address customer business goals.
- Lead consultative engagements with prospective customers, focusing on articulating the specific ROI and value of hirify.global’s multiple product offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global's product offerings, reaching a state of technical mastery that allows for seamless, customer-centric demonstrations.
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, providing nuanced recommendations that shape how customers view distributed employment.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams including Product and Marketing to provide market feedback and ensure a successful implementation of solutions.
- Keep up to date with HR and global payroll industry trends and challenges to provide strategic thought leadership that positions hirify.global effectively against competitors.
Requirements
- Extensive solutions consulting experience with a proven track record of influencing high-value ARR, maintaining strong win rates, and successfully navigating complex, multi-product sales cycles.
- Experience in the HR and Payroll industry, including a deep understanding of HRIS, global payroll workflows, and international workforce management.
- Strong technical aptitude for HR systems and software integrations, with the ability to navigate complex technical environments and data flows.
- Technical & Demo Excellence, with the ability to translate complex software capabilities into simple, value-driven stories for stakeholders.
- Natural curiosity and a consultative mindset, enabling you to uncover deep-seated customer pain points through strategic discovery.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to discuss financial impact, ROI, and global employment strategy at an executive level.
