Salary: $128,000–$192,000 USD (base salary only, plus bonus, equity, and benefits).

What you will do
- Serve as the product-specific client-facing expert for hirify.global Lightpath.
- Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with customers and partners.
- Spearhead strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams by sharing valuable customer and partner feedback.
- Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams across hirify.global to achieve individual and shared goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of the benefit industry and cardiometabolic clinical strategies.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial or sales enablement, specifically engaging employer and payer clinical leaders.
- 3+ years selling benefit solutions to employer customers.
- Proven experience selling complex solutions and a track record of driving significant revenue growth.
- Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

- Proven ability to work with complex, technical software and service offerings.
- Ability to take initiative, work efficiently, and respond quickly to changes in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and Google suite of productivity applications.
