TL;DR

HCM Account Executive (HCM): Prospecting and developing business sales relationships for cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions with an accent on independently generating new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on consultative sales, effective prospecting, and understanding client needs to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S. only, with a focus on the greater Nashville territory.

Salary: $61,300 - $85,000 /yr

What you will do

  • Generate net-new business opportunities, leveraging company expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Schedule and present hirify.global services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, ensuring appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Organize, complete, and obtain documentation for client transitions to hirify.global systems.
  • Develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals, professional contacts, and other sources.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales position.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive, quota-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle objections effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.
