Senior Lifecycle Marketing Lead (Fintech): Building lifecycle programs that drive retention, engagement, and revenue for existing customers across product ecosystems with an accent on subscription attach, upgrade journeys, and multi-product adoption. Focus on architecting multi-channel journeys in Iterable, running experiments tied to business KPIs, and embedding AI into workflows for personalization and optimization.

Location: Hybrid work environment, requiring attendance at our Toronto office three days a week

What you will do

  • Own lifecycle strategy for reactivation, win-back, and existing customer engagement across Revenue products and Subscriptions.
  • Architect multi-channel journeys in Iterable across email, push, SMS, and in-app, focusing on repeatable infrastructure and advanced automation.
  • Run experiments tied to business KPIs such as ARPU, subscription attach, multi-product adoption, and churn, partnering with Analytics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, Design, and Compliance to shape priorities and align GTM plans.
  • Coach junior and mid-level teammates on campaign builds, experimentation, and define best practices for QA and workflow automation.
  • Integrate AI to accelerate analysis, content development, and experimentation, identifying opportunities for personalization and optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing, with a track record of building retention and engagement programs.
  • Deep expertise in customer segmentation, behavioral analytics, and cross-channel journey design.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear, effective lifecycle marketing programs and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Iterable, Braze, or HubSpot.
  • Strong project management skills to manage complex, cross-functional projects.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI tools for productivity or analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience marketing fintech products to SMB customers.

Hiring process

  • Stage 1: 30-minute Google Meet video call with a member of the Talent team.
  • Stage 2: 60-minute Google Meet video call with the Director, Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Stage 3: 45-minute in-person interview with a member of the Leadership team.
  • Stage 4: Take-home case study followed by a 60-minute Google Meet video call with the team.
