Senior Recruiter (Product Team)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; located in or willing to relocate to Limassol is required. Full relocation coverage to Cyprus is provided for the employee and family.

Salary: from €5,000/month net, plus a 13th salary.

What you will do

• Recruit client and backend developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, and product analysts.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define candidate profiles.
• Manage candidate interactions from screening through offer acceptance, including reference collection and offer negotiations.
• Develop and improve interview processes to strengthen assessment quality and candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS, Notion, and other candidate tracking systems, while collecting data and preparing stakeholder reports.
• Implement modern sourcing methods and train hiring managers on effective hiring practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Experience finding candidates and contact details through professional sources and social networks.
• Knowledge of X-ray and Boolean search.
• Upper-Intermediate Russian and English or higher.
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
