What you will do
- Define and execute enablement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage enablement resources, collaborating with Product Marketing and partnership teams.
- Optimize sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Learning360, Highspot) and leverage AI for efficiency.
- Partner with managers to develop coaching frameworks and provide performance feedback.
- Track and analyze GTM performance metrics to iterate on enablement programs.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a Go-To-Market role (SDR, AE, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success) with a track record of high performance.
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills.
- Ability to create compelling content and deliver engaging programs.
- Native German speaking and C1 English fluency required.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and other sales enablement platforms.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI to create scale, drive productivity, and measure impact.
