TL;DR

Channel Account Manager: Building and growing a strategic partner ecosystem for remote connectivity software with an accent on deepening relationships with VARs, SIs, and MSPs and driving partner-sourced growth. Focus on developing joint business plans, orchestrating cross-functional execution, and increasing brand presence in the DACH region.

Location: This is a hybrid role with up to 50% home office. Candidates must be based in the DACH region, with offices available in Munich, Berlin, Göppingen, and Bremen, Germany. A Work From Abroad Program allows up to 40 days of work outside the contracting country.

What you will do

  • Manage, grow, and elevate relationships with key VAR, SI, and MSP partners across the DACH region.
  • Identify and recruit new strategic partners to strengthen the Digital Workplace offering and regional footprint.
  • Build joint business plans, define revenue/activity targets, and lead regular performance reviews.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline through account mapping, opportunity development, and structured deal registration.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management, and transparent communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver targeted sales and technical enablement to partner sales and presales teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of channel sales or partner management experience in the software/SaaS industry.
  • Strong, established network across DACH VARs, SIs, and MSPs.
  • Experience working within or selling into Digital Workplace, endpoint management, IT operations, or enterprise platform environments.
  • Proven ability to drive partner-sourced revenue, influence pipeline, and achieve regional ARR targets.
  • Comfortable developing partner strategies and running executive conversations.
  • Fluent in German and English.
