Focus on identifying and engaging prospective clients, supporting customer evaluations, and steering multifaceted opportunities from initial interest to deal closure.

hirify.global is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup revolutionizing Medical Information processes in the life science industry through AI-driven solutions.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, leading early outreach and discovery conversations.
  • Shape and execute go-to-market initiatives, including planning, messaging, and growth strategies.
  • Support customers throughout their evaluation by preparing clear materials, supporting demos and business cases.
  • Drive full-funnel customer engagement, including structuring of proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication, consistent expectations, and to turn attention into revenue.
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to refine hirify.global’s growth approach and build scalable commercial processes.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate, start-ups, sales or other commercial roles, preferably in SaaS, life sciences, or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of managing full-funnel customer engagement, from outreach and discovery to deal progression and closure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and clarity.
  • Proactive mindset, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to work effectively in an early-stage, fast-evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the life sciences & healthcare industry and knowledge of Medical Information sector.
