What you will do
- Manage, hire, and train a team of Account Executives to successfully deliver or exceed quota.
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for future business for yourself and your team.
- Engage with high priority accounts, identifying and driving strategic engagement with buyers.
- Partner with collaborating organizations (e.g., Specialist Sales, Solution Engineering) throughout the deal cycle.
- Track and report on metrics for your team.
- Support the leadership team in ensuring equitable experiences and promoting a culture of inclusivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
- 10+ years of proven sales experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions.
- Effective customer-facing communication skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
