Marketing & Product Management Matcher: Working directly with hirify.global’s clients to understand their needs and custom-match them with talent from the network, providing support during the matching process with an accent on managing client expectations and finding the right talent. Focus on showcasing talent’s experience and skills, managing the matching process end-to-end, and collaborating with other teams to remove friction and address engagement issues.

What you will do

• Work with clients to understand their needs and custom-match them with experts from different specialties, providing support during the matching process.
• Manage client expectations effectively and write professional, engaging job descriptions.
• Find the right talent to meet client goals and showcase their experience to clients.
• Manage the matching process end-to-end to ensure a positive experience, including confirming skills, experience, commitment, and timezone constraints.
• Negotiate talent rates to align with client budgets and incorporate feedback to increase success.
• Collaborate with other teams to take advantage of opportunities, remove friction, and address engagement issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Full-time availability during US CST, MST, or PST working hours.
• 3+ years in product and/or project management, proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Product and Project lifecycles and roles.
• Strong understanding of web/mobile apps, cloud technologies, and AI.
• Excellent communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills.

Nice to have

• 3+ years in Digital Marketing strategy and/or campaign execution (Preferred experience at a Marketing/Digital agency).
• Solid understanding of, and expertise in, at least 3 of the following: SEO, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Analytics, Tools + Automation.
