Location: Remote, must be located in Canada. Employees can work outside of Canada for up to 90 days per year.

Salary: CAD $116,000–$145,000 base salary, plus equity compensation.

• Drive operations transformation and workflow optimization within your domain.
• Lead data-driven decision making using SQL queries and data analysis.
• Architect and orchestrate end-to-end solutions, re-engineering processes and reducing inefficiencies.
• Participate in execution by building automations, writing queries, and designing dashboards.
• Champion innovation by leveraging emerging technologies like AI and automation.
• Influence and align stakeholders across R&D and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of systems configuration, technical possibilities, and emerging technologies (AI interest).
• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex ideas and collaborate with engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in process re-design, business transformation, or workflow optimization.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strategic, holistic, and innovative problem-solving mindset.
• Impact-driven focus on delivering measurable results.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.

• Familiarity with tools like Cursor, Claude Projects, and Gemini Gems.
