What you will do
- Participate in account strategy planning and qualify opportunities with the Sales team.
- Lead end-to-end Presales activities, including tailored demos and strong value propositions.
- Design and develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the hirify.global platform.
- Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process.
- Act as an evangelist for hirify.global solutions, identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solutions.
- Support Marketing initiatives and work closely with Product teams for functionality improvements and product roadmap feedback.
Requirements
- Good balance of technical, business, and sales skills.
- Demonstrable track record in client-facing Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect positions.
- Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in process discovery, process mining, automation solutions, and AI technologies like LLMs.
- Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Willing to travel.
