What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships in target accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Perform outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (e.g., email, live events) to prospect new opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness, and timelines.
  • Create account maps and strategies to ensure quality and well-researched opportunities.
  • Strategize with account executives on approach and traction to new business opportunities.
  • Capture and manage information, data, and metrics in Salesforce.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on content effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • The goal of launching a successful B2B tech sales career.
  • Fluency in English & German language (minimum C1).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about people and building relationships.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable self-starter with strong organisational skills.
