What you will do
- Own and shape the German go-to-market strategy aligned with global leadership.
- Build and grow relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and regulators to drive adoption.
- Hire and lead a local team to scale operations.
- Manage major launches, key customer deals, and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations by partnering with Legal, Ops, and Finance.
- Act as a bridge between local market needs and global teams.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience launching or scaling a market or business line in Germany.
- Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong commercial instincts with ability to close deals and build partnerships.
- Builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Deep understanding of the German business and regulatory environment.
