What you will do
- Achieve annual and quarterly recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
- Provide strategic advice to existing clients, maximizing upsell opportunities and promoting new products.
- Ensure accurate reporting and pipeline forecasting.
- Develop detailed account management reports for stakeholders.
- Organize recurring meetings and maintain excellent follow-up.
- Gather and share market insights to refine the approach.
Requirements
- Previous experience in client relationship or account management, customer success, or direct sales of complex B2B solutions. SaaS experience is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Solution-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Collaborative approach to working across departments (sales, legal, customer success, etc.).
- Ability to adapt and prioritize effectively under pressure.
