Location: Remote (global). Note: For non-IT roles based in Montevideo, Uruguay, 55% monthly office attendance is required.

What you will do

• Assist the recruiting process for non-IT positions.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Utilize a multi-channel approach to recruit.
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Help implement an Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.

Requirements

• In-house recruitment internship experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English is a MUST.
• Pro-active attitude and good organization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep goal-oriented.
• Creative and open mindset to create new recruiting channels and detect high potential.
