What you will do
- Actively search for and engage IT candidates on various platforms, including social media.
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process: from posting job openings, through screening and interviews, to final offers.
- Organize interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Manage and update records in the ATS system.
- Contribute to presenting hirify.global as an attractive employer and support employer branding on social media.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment.
- Good knowledge of ATS systems and other recruitment tools.
- Experience in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and sourcing on social media.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information, organize work efficiently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong presentation skills and willingness to share knowledge and experience with the team.
- Proactive mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Fluent Czech at a professional level.
