What you will do

  • Actively search for and engage IT candidates on various platforms, including social media.
  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process: from posting job openings, through screening and interviews, to final offers.
  • Organize interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Manage and update records in the ATS system.
  • Contribute to presenting hirify.global as an attractive employer and support employer branding on social media.

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of ATS systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and sourcing on social media.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information, organize work efficiently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation skills and willingness to share knowledge and experience with the team.
  • Proactive mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Fluent Czech at a professional level.
