Location: New South Wales, Australia (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with global growth objectives.
  • Own end-to-end hiring processes for leadership roles across APAC.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Talent Partners based in Manila.
  • Advise leadership stakeholders on recruitment best practices and data-driven hiring outcomes.
  • Develop innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent that aligns with company mission and values.

Requirements

  • Extensive end-to-end recruiting experience, including leadership-level roles.
  • Proven leadership experience within the talent acquisition space.
  • Prior RPO and in-house experience within high-growth startups or scaleups.
  • Ability to shape complex hiring plans and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve recruitment strategy issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
