What you will do
- Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the international target market for USD sell transactions.
- Understand client business needs related to FX risk management and international payments, articulating the benefits of hirify.global's netting solutions.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors).
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to effectively close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless client on-boarding and support.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Understanding of FX risk management and netting solutions.
- Strong lead generation and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- English: C1+ required for clear and concise communication.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in other European languages, particularly Dutch, German, and Scandinavian languages.
