What you will do

• Developing and maintaining the integrated technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Co-leading and coordinating Big Room Planning sessions to drive engagement and cross-functional participation
• Documenting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to monitor progress against the Technology Strategy and roadmap
• Coordinating and supporting critical meetings while owning plans, resources, risks, issues, and action logs
• Maintaining dashboards, reports, and documentation to provide clear visibility of progress and outcomes
• Preparing high-quality presentations, communications, and engagement materials to support stakeholder alignment and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Strong hands-on integrated planning and management skills, involving dependency, sequencing, risk an issue management
• Strong co-ordination and organisational skills with a real attention to detail
• Solid experience with Jira and Jiara Align
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Interest in technology, innovation and AI
