Business Analyst

What you will do

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and align requirements with overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver actionable requirements and test plans.
• Develop and implement change management plans to ensure user adoption of new technology and processes.
• Investigate, analyze, challenge, and define detailed business processes and requirements.
• Identify project and business risks and propose mitigating actions.
• Ensure business engagement, ownership, and sign-off of new/existing business processes and associated system functionality.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of project delivery within financial services or a technology-related industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time as well as other resources.
• Capacity to navigate change, lead uncertainty, and remain focused in a dynamic industry landscape.
