Role Overview
The Data Analysis BA will play a critical role in the Collateral Lending project, helping to build a harmonised data store and automated reporting process across the Investment Bank and Markets. You will analyse fragmented data sources across business, credit risk, and finance systems, identifying gaps and shaping the data requirements for a strategic target-state platform.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse data across credit risk, business, and finance systems to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
Map data attributes, structures, and lineage to support the design of the future-state solution.
Use analytical and data‑visualisation techniques to bring clarity to complex datasets and support decision‑making.
Present findings clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders including Risk, Finance, and Technology.
Skills & Experience
Strong background in data analysis within Investment Banking or Markets.
Experience with credit risk or collateral data.
Ability to logically structure complex information and identify root‑cause issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with financial systems is advantageous.
