What you will do

• Develop robust product analytics for insurance products, including event tracking strategy, platform insights, and user behavior analysis.
• Manage data to create comprehensive dashboards, actionable analysis for data storytelling and decision making.
• Collaborate with peers across product, engineering, and design to make data-driven decisions through split tests.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to enhance customer experience and conversion.
• Explore data for new insights and recommendations to improving consumer journeys.
• Lead company-wide analytics initiatives to advance analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in digital/web analytics, A/B testing and optimizing digital products.
• Track record of driving business decisions and impact.
• Strong SQL skills; particularly in reference to Databricks with experience in using analytical and data tooling such as Python, Tableau, Git, dbt etc.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements and ensure the data is structured appropriately.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL process and/or data pipeline creation.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders with competing deadlines and priorities and ability to communicate complex results clearly.
