hirify.global has recently acquired a significant portfolio of new accounts and focuses on consumer lending products.

What you will do

• Provide analytical insight on the commercial performance of hirify.global brands and merchant portfolios to optimize strategy.
• Produce actual and forecasted performance curves at product, cohort, and segment levels for senior management decision-making.
• Maintain, improve, and rebuild the valuation model, incorporating the latest data and insights.
• Work in collaboration with enterprise partnerships and acquisition teams to ensure an accurate view of product performance.
• Collaborate with credit risk and FP&A teams to understand valuation inputs, track budgets, and align commercial strategies with business needs and risk appetite.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and Excel with experience manipulating complex data.
• Ability to present findings and analysis in a structured way, particularly to non-expert audiences.
• Collaborative operating style with a mindset to support wider team objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience working on or with consumer lending products (cards, embedded finance, loans, mortgages) and their regulatory environment.
• Previous P&L exposure and familiarity reviewing financial performance.
• Experience using Python and visual analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
