What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for key Finance roles.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives and talent needs.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about market trends and provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience hiring in Finance.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
