What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles across the organization.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines of high-caliber senior candidates.
• Track and report on recruitment performance and pipeline health, leveraging data.
• Partner closely with the Leadership Team, providing expert guidance on hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with wider Talent and People teams on employer branding and process enhancements.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, acting as a trusted ambassador for hirify.global.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Proven success in leadership or senior-level hiring.
• Experience across engineering and product hiring, with strong market insight.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex searches and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills, with ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics and insights to optimize recruitment outcomes.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus).
