What you will do

• Partner closely with Growth Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for Growth roles, from intake through to offer and close.
• Proactively source and engage top talent across growth marketing, influencer marketing, paid search, lifecycle and creative strategy.
• Conduct high-quality screening interviews, assessing skills, behaviours, and alignment with hirify.global’s values.
• Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines and ensure an inclusive, structured hiring process.
• Support offer management, approvals, and negotiations in partnership with People and Finance.

Requirements

• Experienced in-house recruiter or talent partner, ideally with exposure to Growth, Marketing, or Commercial hiring.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment with multiple roles and senior stakeholders.
• Strong at partnering with hiring managers and influencing through data, insight, and clear communication.
• Confident sourcing proactively and building talent pipelines in competitive markets.
• Structured and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and follow-through.
• Data-driven, using insights to improve hiring outcomes and processes.
