Location: Hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week based in our London office.

What you will do

• Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for sales and other non-technical roles across Europe.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using a range of tools and platforms.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring speed and quality.
• Deliver a positive and inclusive candidate journey.
• Use data and AI-enabled tools to improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• Solid experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS or tech environment.
• Demonstrated experience hiring sales and other non-technical roles.
• Confidence working with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple open roles in a scaling business.
• A proactive and creative approach to sourcing.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation in talent acquisition.
