What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 10 Account Executives across Benelux and Italy.
- Own both individual and team quotas for the Italian and Benelux markets.
- Ensure alignment and cooperation between the Libra team and local business units, as well as cross-functional teams like Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Support hiring top talent to build a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Define and execute regional sales strategies, including account planning and pipeline management.
- Monitor KPIs, forecast accurately, and implement best practices for deal qualification.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise sales teams.
- Proven success in exceeding quotas and leading teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Strong experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and strategic account planning.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or professional services.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and structured mindset.
- Fluent English.
