TL;DR

Sales Associate Director (AI): Leading and growing an enterprise sales team for a legal AI Workflow solution in Benelux and Italy with an accent on driving revenue growth and shaping enterprise sales motion. Focus on strategic account planning, C-level engagement, and building high-performing sales teams.

Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring at least eight days a month at our office in Mechelen. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 10 Account Executives across Benelux and Italy.
  • Own both individual and team quotas for the Italian and Benelux markets.
  • Ensure alignment and cooperation between the Libra team and local business units, as well as cross-functional teams like Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Support hiring top talent to build a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies, including account planning and pipeline management.
  • Monitor KPIs, forecast accurately, and implement best practices for deal qualification.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven success in exceeding quotas and leading teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Strong experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and strategic account planning.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or professional services.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and structured mindset.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal tech or professional services.
  • Italian, French or Dutch language skills.
