TL;DR

Regional Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Providing leadership and management oversight to Regional Sales Managers in the Benelux region with an accent on driving sales strategy and goal attainment. Focus on strategic planning, sales pipeline generation, forecasting, and developing customer relationships at the management level.

Location: Remote, must be based in the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg)

What you will do

  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team.
  • Communicate corporate strategy to employees within the Benelux region.
  • Plan and direct activities including sales pipeline generation, forecasting, and customer relationship development.
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals, metrics, and quotas in line with corporate objectives.
  • Identify and qualify important sales opportunities within the Benelux region at the management level.
  • Act as coach, mentor, and educator to all Regional Sales Managers within the Benelux region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience, knowledge, and network within the Benelux market, notably within the tech industry.
  • Experience in a first-line sales leader role and having worked in a people leadership position is required.
  • Passionate relationship building and executive-level negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with functional peers across various departments.
  • Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas as a Regional Sales Director in the Benelux region.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage professional-level employees.
