What you will do
- Own hirify.global IT for partners, key accounts, and internal teams, acting as a trusted expert in sales conversations.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with strategic partners (IT resellers, MSPs, etc.) in Portugal.
- Represent hirify.global IT at partner meetings, events, and initiatives across the Portuguese channel.
- Define the partner playbook including ICP/IPPs, sales motions, packaging, and pricing.
- Design and execute the go-to-market plan for hirify.global IT in Portugal.
- Gather market insights to shape product positioning, messaging, and roadmap, tracking success via partner activation and revenue.
Requirements
- 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, partnerships, product evangelism, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or IT.
- Proven ability to build new motions from scratch in ambiguous environments.
- Commercial mindset with hands-on deal experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with IT ecosystems (SaaS, MSPs, resellers, telecoms) or an existing Portugal partner network.
- Exposure to HR tech, IT management, device lifecycle, security, or identity tools.
