What you will do

• Gather and document business and data requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and data flows, modeling ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes, including data-related activities.
• Define data ownership, golden records, and validation rules.
• Produce business analysis artifacts.
• Work closely with data owners and development teams.
• Support service implementation and user onboarding for master data solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years in business analysis roles (data, CRM/ERP, or similar systems).
• Experience with business process modeling (BPMN preferred).
• Understanding of master data principles.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across business units and align diverse requirements.
