What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking systems.
• Work with stakeholders across retail, corporate, and digital banking sectors.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Support solution design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation phases.
• Ensure all deliverables align with banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain is required.
• Strong understanding of banking products, including accounts, payments, lending, and cards.
• Proven experience with requirement documentation (BRDs, FRDs) and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall development environments.
