IT Automation Analyst: Supporting automation initiatives across the organization by translating business needs into clear, implementable process and technical solutions with an accent on requirements gathering, process analysis, and system interactions. Focus on identifying automation opportunities, maintaining requirements in Jira and Confluence, and supporting implementation and post-release analysis.

Location: Hybrid work mode in Kazakhstan. A relocation package is offered for candidates from other regions. Candidates must not reside in or perform work from Russia, Crimea region, So-Called Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria.

What you will do

• Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Collect, structure, and clarify requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews and workshops for requirement gathering.
• Prepare analysis artifacts like user stories and process diagrams.
• Maintain requirements and backlog in Jira and Confluence.
• Support implementation, UAT, and post-release analysis.
