What you will do
- Actively engage prospective customers to identify new opportunities and run an end-to-end sales process.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to devise and execute account strategies and plans.
- Work with the Sales Development Representative function to establish pipeline building activities.
- Forecast and report updates to the management team.
- Become an insider and expert within the cybersecurity industry and hirify.global products.
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and articulate the value of hirify.global solutions.
- Exceed established sales targets and quotas.
- Provide existing customer success management for subscription renewal and cross/up-sell.
Requirements
- Sales experience including cold calling and generating net new business.
- Proven experience selling a complex multi-product architecture to C-level executives and engineers.
- Track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
- Demonstrated persistence, coachability, charisma, and quick-wittedness.
- Creative thinking and high motivation to learn, succeed, win, and grow.
- Confidence with an absence of ego, and self-discipline in time management and organization.
- Self-awareness regarding strengths and weaknesses.
- Written and spoken fluency in German and English required.
