Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) - 2 days in office, 3 days remote

What you will do

• Lead the resolution of critical operational incidents, orchestrating resources and managing stakeholder communications.
• Drive Problem Management by facilitating Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) and producing Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to prevent recurrence.
• Plan and implement Change Management activities across hosted environments to mitigate risk and minimize service disruption.
• Coordinate with hosting partners and external vendors to ensure service commitments are met.
• Promote best practices and contribute to the evolution of operational processes across global operations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of operational experience with mission-critical services.
• ITIL certification or equivalent practical experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working across multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and global team collaboration.
• Must be based in Poland to support the hybrid office model in Warsaw.
