Salary: $120,000–$160,000

hirify.global is a Series A stage company based in New York and London that uses AI and LLMs to automate document processing workflows in financial services and beyond.

What you will do

  • Lead recruiting and hiring for high-priority roles, including sourcing top talent and refining the hiring process.
  • Oversee new talent onboarding to ensure quick and smooth integration.
  • Improve people operations processes related to feedback, performance, and development.
  • Shape company culture, company-wide communications, and organize retreats/offsites.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People and Talent roles, specifically recruiting and people operations.
  • Must be a US citizen or hold a valid US visa.
  • Must be based full-time and in-person in the NYC office.
  • Operationally excellent, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sharp judgment of people and strong instincts on talent assessment.
  • Systems-minded and able to handle sensitive information with care.
  • Excellent communication skills with clarity and warmth.

Hiring process
