What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical, product, and business positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and strategies.
- Develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies across various channels.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged.
- Lead intake meetings, interview kickoffs, and candidate debriefs.
- Provide regular progress reports and market insights to leadership.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of recruiting experience in technical and business roles.
- Experience working in both agency settings and internal company roles; startup environment preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to connect with and attract passive candidates.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and systems (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub).
- Ability to recruit and evaluate technical talent effectively, with knowledge of modern technology stacks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence senior collaborators.
