What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical, product, and business positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and strategies.
• Develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies across various channels.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged.
• Lead intake meetings, interview kickoffs, and candidate debriefs.
• Provide regular progress reports and market insights to leadership.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of recruiting experience in technical and business roles.
• Experience working in both agency settings and internal company roles; startup environment preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to connect with and attract passive candidates.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and systems (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub).
• Ability to recruit and evaluate technical talent effectively, with knowledge of modern technology stacks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence senior collaborators.
