What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, data, infrastructure).
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates.
• Manage and optimize the interview process for efficiency and fairness.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with business objectives.
• A well-established network within the tech industry.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a growing organization.
• Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to work cross-functionally.
• Must work on-site in New York, NY.

• Understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical talent.
• Proficiency working with Ashby (ATS).
