What you will do

• Own and drive the full cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from strategic sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner closely and effectively with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and founders to deeply understand role requirements.
• Develop and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies to attract senior level and highly specialized technical talent.
• Effectively engage, screen, and close top tier technical candidates.
• Provide high touch candidate experience and relationship management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles such as software engineering, applied AI, or infrastructure.
• Experience in high growth or mid stage startup environments.
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to understand and speak credibly about complex technical roles.
• Ability to craft compelling value propositions for technical candidates.
• A collaborative and effective communicator who builds trust with hiring managers, candidates, and cross functional partners.
• Proven track record of high velocity recruiting for hard to fill technical roles in fast paced environments.
