What you will do
- Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for business roles across Go-To-Market, Operations, Finance, and People teams.
- Act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, collaborating closely to define role requirements and align on hiring plans.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, effectively assessing, engaging, and closing top business talent.
- Drive an efficient, structured, and equitable interview process while continuously improving hiring workflows and candidate experience.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions and share insights with leadership.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company.
- Proven success recruiting and closing candidates across business functions, including GTM, operations, and corporate roles.
- Strong ability to build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience using metrics to inform hiring decisions.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US, as this is an on-site role in New York, NY.

- Experience recruiting for GTM teams in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Experience with Ashby ATS.
- Experience scaling business teams during periods of rapid growth.
